Eva Mulder vertelt over de beweging naar Zo Thuis Mogelijk Opgroeien. Ze besteed aandacht aan wat ervoor nodig is om deze beweging te maken, en hoe onderzoek een rol kan spelen bij het betrekken hierbij van het perspectief van kinderen, ouders en medewerkers in de jeugdhulp.

1. The " how " of the pedagogical basis
   By: Jael Draijer, Marije Kesselring and Elisa Ter Harmsel-Duinhof
   What can you do to strengthen the pedagogical basis? In this interactive workshop we briefly discuss what the pedagogical basis is to then talk to each other about how the pedagogical basis can be strengthened. What can you do if professional and person do it in your own environment to strengthen the pedagogical basis?
2. Normalizing and strengthening ordinary life
   By: Anne Steenbakkers, Els Evenboer and Rogier Kattenberg
   Normalize pressure cooker: under pressure, everything becomes liquid – so also normalize. In this workshop we will work together on the basis of research results from the project ‘normalizing and strengthening ordinary life’.
   We begin the session by briefly reflecting on initial research findings: what is the theory behind normalizing? Then we will make a translation to practice together. One of the questions we are going to address is how to prevent normalisation from being reduced to a tool to reduce the use of youth care. Using a’pressure cooker ' method, we will experience normalisation together in this interactive workshop.
3. Samenwerken: het perspectief van de ander
   By: David van Tol and Bas Rodijk
   In deze workshop kruipen deelnemers in de huid van een jeugdige, ouder of professional en spelen een interactief rollenspel om samenwerking te ervaren. Ze ontdekken waar samenwerking kan vastlopen en oefenen direct met nieuwe strategieën om elkaar beter te begrijpen en écht samen te werken. Door het perspectief van de ander te nemen, ervaren deelnemers hoe kleine veranderingen groot effect kunnen hebben. Het is een praktische en dynamische manier om gelijkwaardige samenwerking te oefenen en te voelen.
4. Under Pressure – learning to deal with the tension between rules and space in the youth domain

   How do you offer appropriate help to children, young people and families when rules and space are at odds with each other? In the project Learning on tension we are investigating with four youth aid organizations how they deal with this tension if they want to do what is necessary for children, young people and families.
   During this interactive workshop we present a practical example from one of the organizations. Are you thinking with us? Do you recognize the tension? What would you do? What would you need from your organization to deal with the tension? Together we identify as many possible solutions for the relevant practice organization.
5. Rethinking: it's never up to the child
   By: Sofie Sergeant
   How do we make education and care truly inclusive? In this interactive workshop we explore how ‘rethinking’ helps: away from case thinking, towards a focus on the broader context. Starting point: what works for children ‘where there is something with it’ often works for many. You will practice how this framework gets its hands on in practice – in the classroom, in healthcare, and in collaboration with colleagues.

6. Goed werk leveren in de jeugdzorg                                                                                                                By: Leonieke Boendermaker and Inge De Wit                                                                                                        In de jeugdzorg wordt met veel inzet en betrokkenheid gewerkt. De werkdruk is hoog en regelmatig vallen mensen uit. Er is ook veel kritiek op de kwaliteit van de geleverde hulp. Hoe kunnen we toewerken naar een omgeving waarin professionals al lerend steeds beter kunnen worden in hun werk? Wat is er nodig wil het vakmanschap van professionals écht tot ontwikkeling kunnen komen? In deze workshop gaan we op basis van implementatiekennis in op wat er nodig is om goed werk te kunnen leveren als professional.

Tijs Jambroes staat in zijn presentatie stil bij het sociaal pedagogisch en het medische paradigma. Alhoewel de verschillen groot lijken, blijken er ook verrassende raakvlakken te zijn. Met de huidige afbouw van de JeugdzorgPlus als voorbeeld worden kansen, risico’s en raakvlakken besproken.
