Reflection and evaluation is the basis for working on the quality of professional action. Within the Department of youth care at the HvA, we have a lot of experience in developing reflection tools and practice profiles as a basis for reflection on and evaluation of the quality of the application of approaches/methods/interventions. And by developing ways to then take up the reflection & evaluation and what this requires organizationally. What kind of knowledge and experience do other professorships have on this topic, What do we know together? And what are interesting follow-up steps to explore together?

Professor Leonieke Boendermaker and researcher Inge De Wit from the University of Amsterdam will lead this meeting
